Belladonna

Bella is a beautiful bay mare by the GOV Oldenburg stallion, Budweiser, out of Ava Novet. She has beautiful conformation. A nice top line. Great movement.  Bella has a very nice, comfortable, balanced trot.  Bella has topped off at 16.1 1/2 hands. 

 She is loyal and brave. Two qualities that are desired in any discipline. She is a fast learner and very intelligent. If you have any questions regarding Belladonna, please feel free to ask.  

In 2005, Belladonna was the GOV's #4 All-Breed DSHB HOY two year old fillies.

In 2008, Bella was Mature Mares Grand Champion at Dressage at Lamplight on 9-27 and placed 5th in the Region 2 Finals for Mature Mares.

Alme), Landgraf I, and Roman. Sire Burggraaf and damsire Voltaire are the two most popular stallions for showjumper breeders in the Netherlands. Both stallions obtained high rankings in the World Breeding rankings and produce Grand Prix winners consistently. Burggraaf’s Jumping Index is at 168 with a reliability of 92% and Voltaire’s Jumping Index is 161 with a reliability of 94% . For sporthorse breeding the combination of Burggraaf and Voltaire has proven to be an excellent combination. In the fourth generation of Budweiser’s pedigree, we find Reizvolle, which is a full sister to the international jumper Lovely Boy of Norbert Kook. Performance record: Budweiser completed the 100 day performance test at Pruessendorf with a score of 126.20 points for jumping and herewith became third. For his character he scored a perfect 10. He scored 9 in Free Jumping, Temperament & Ability to Work. Breeding record:   His first foal crop has hit the ground in Holland. They showed very good conformation, movement and overall temperament. With his first foal crop in the USA, he had 2 stallion prospects, 5 site champions and is rated #1 for producing premium foals.

Taranis Solist Bergkonig Sommernaht Taormina Schwalbenfurst Tagetes Lady TB TB TB TB TB TB Novet is a 1992 Anglo-Trakehner, registered with the American Warmblood Society.  In 2001, she was approved for breeding with the German Oldenburg Verband.  She has been a joy in our family since 1995.  She is a versatile mare.  She has done well both in dressage and in the hunters at local shows.  Yet she is quiet enough to take out on the trails.  Her wonderful temperament and nice conformation was the reason why we decided to involve her in our breeding farm.
